- 60 Min Signature PT Single Session. – 60 Min Signature PT 5x Session.
(These PT sessions can only be booked with Our senior PT’s, the session includes a 45 min workout as well as an additional advantage of a food diary and nutrition advise. Please warm up before your PT session.)
Group PT Sessions
A mixture of strength and cardio intervals delivered into a 45 minute session. Work on building muscle with strength elements paired with short bursts of intensity to keep the heart rate up and maximise your calorie burn. Working in a group will empower you to work harder and achieve more!
