Taste Restaurant for great dining and quality cuisine using the very best of local produce and only fresh ingredients. The newly opened ‘Taste’ Restaurant is located within the hotel, and offers a blend of European and tasty traditional Yorkshire cuisine in a modern contemporary setting. ‘Taste’ Restaurant has a very unique arrangement; with separate dining sections and rooms allowing intimate dining, ranging from smart casual to formal. These recent improvements add to the character of the restaurant and hotel giving sophisticated dining experience with the decor and ambience to match.

Taste Cafe Bar, and TV room, are for less informal dining arrangements and a relaxing pre or post dining drinks, and watching your favourite sports of the moment. Taste Cafe Bar is also the ideal place to enjoy coffee and light meals in relaxed surroundings either on our sun terraces or in our lounge. Taste Cafe bar is the place for heavenly coffee and tea in Scarborough, along with mouth watering afternoon tea and delicious cocktails.
