“My background in athletics has given me great practical knowledge of distance running training, programming and sports training. I have worked greatly in the area of weight management and dieting though my passion is for sports conditioning. I have created many programmes for the Great North Run and athletics training.

Qualifications:

Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Nutrition & Weight Management, Level 3 Training in Outside Environment, Level 3 Client Lifestyle Fitness Assessment, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Rowing Instructor, Crew Class Instructor, GP Referral.
