We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your reservation or membership and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

CCTV

In the public areas of the Crown Spa Hotel and many staff areas CCTV is in operation and video recordings may be made including audio. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons for the better management of the Crown Spa Hotel and security for all its Clients and staff.

Some Telephone calls are Recorded

In order to provide evidence of a business transaction with Crown Spa Hotel external telephone calls to the hotel business lines are recorded and may be retrieved to verify the evidence of a business transaction with a supplier or client. This is covered mainly by the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 (“LBP Regulations”).
