From 6pm, join us at your table in the Taste Restaurant for a Gin Fizz Cocktail, before your 5-course evening Dinner .
New Year’s Eve
Full English Breakfast is served between 8-10am. Your day is free to visit the shops, take a stroll or relax in our Award-Winning Health Club; ready for the evening’s celebrations.
A Tapas style family sharing board with a selection of savoury bites & festive dessert is served from 2.30-4:30pm in the Taste Restaurant.
The evening starts from 7pm with a Festive Prosecco Cocktail followed by a fabulous 6 course Gala Dinner in our grand Consort Suite.
New Year’s Day
Enjoy a leisurely Bucks Fizz Full English Breakfast served from 8-10.30am. The rest of the morning is then yours. Why not enjoy a relaxing stroll along Scarborough’s Esplanade or South Bay whilst taking part in our ‘Treasure Hunt’ for a chance to win a prize! (See reception for details)
At 2.30-4pm, we will serve a tasty Yorkshire Afternoon Tea board; Selection of Sandwiches, savouries & delicious desserts.
From 6-9pm a delicious farewell 5-course Dinner will be served in the Taste Restaurant.
A farewell Full English Breakfast will be served from 7am until 10:30am. We wish you all the very best for the New Year!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non refundable deposit of £100 per person due at the time of booking. The full payment of the reservation is due, 2 weeks before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation due to CV-19 government restrictions, refunds or vouchers can be offered.

Compass Hospitality (UK) Ltd’s COVID-19 policy has been implemented throughout the business and is in addition to our existing food safety management system and our health and safety management system.
Compass Hospitality (UK) Ltd management will ensure that adequate resources are provided to enable this policy to be implemented and standards verified.
