A fully qualified nail technican, 12 - 18 months experience or more in gel or arylic nail extensions (tips and ovelays) is essential. Have a passion for nails. Having the ability to offer nail art or nail enhancements would be an advantage. Possess excellent customer service and sales abilitiy.
Must be hard working with no problem attiude, flexible in working and unsocial hours.

We are currently building an elite therapy team within the Crown Spa hotel. We offer a range of spa treatments in luxurious surroundings. You will need the following;
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years industry experience
- ESPA, qualification would be an advantage
- Complimentary Therapies would be an advantage
- Passion for high standards
- Team player with no problem attitude

Chef de Partie

1.Ensure the effective and efficient progression of Kitchen activities to deliver the optimum product in line with business strategy.
2.Responsible for effective and efficient food preparation, presentation and delivery to the customer.
3.Ensure adherence to the local departmental budget to effectively and efficiently maximise food GP and minimise wastage.
4.Adhere to the principles of optimum stock control, including stock rotation and stock taking.
5.Deputise for Head Chef as required.
6.Ensure excellent communication channels exist which correctly inform staff of all relevant business related matters, including regular team briefings, staff appraisals etc. and receive feedback for the area of their responsibility.
7.Ensure technical excellence for own area of work.
8.Ensure full legal compliance, including regular health, safety and hygiene inspections and risk assessments. Adherence with health and hygiene laws. Keep abreast of latest developments and innovations, recommending and implementing changes where necessary.
9.Participate actively in induction training, cross-training, performance management and development of yourself and your staff.
10.Effective liaison with other management colleagues and members of staff as required.
11.Performance of any other duties/projects etc. as required by members of the Management team.
