Studio Classes

With over 25 classes per week ranging from peaceful Tai Chi to pulsating RPM on the the spin bikes, you are bound to find a class that will enhance your fitness regime. Our classes are exclusive for members but at no additional charge on top of your membership fee.

Booking procedure

Members can book classes from 8:30am, and up to seven days in advance either in person at the Health Club reception desk or by calling 01723 357480 (option 2). We do not accept class bookings earlier than this. Members can only book one other member into classes, other than themselves. Members can book themselves into more than one class within a seven day period. Non-members may only book for the Monday evening Zumba Fitness classes (£4pppc). Please see Health Club reception for separate booking procedure. All other classes are for members only.
