Pool and relaxation

Start the relaxation process with the experience with a visit to the serene atmosphere of the Crown Spa, where a leisurely swim, followed by the delights of the large spa tub, pool, sauna, sanarium, aroma room, steam room and retreat lounge where you can relax on a lounger and read today’s paper and lull yourself into a state of deep relaxation.

Or, if after your relaxation you are feeling energetic and want to take some exercise without the hassles of going outdoors; we have this covered too. With not only a fabulous private members health club, with fully qualified, trained and registered fitness coaches in our state of the art fitness suite and studio, keeping fit is a real pleasure at the Crown Spa Hotel.

Pool and Spa Tub

Swimming is a fantastic exercise to strengthen and tone muscles as well as increase fitness without putting pressure on your joints. As well as seimming you can also take part in Aquafit classes in our 40ft pool. For a small fee, members can bring the little one’s swimming; our children times  run from:
7:30-10:30, 15:00-18:00     Monday to Friday
8:00-10:30, 15:00-18:00     Saturday/Sunday.

If you want to relax, step up into our Spa Tub; heated to 34°C, you can sit back and unwind whilst the jest masage your muscles.


Swimming Lessons

We run one-to-one swimming lessons for children on week days between 15:00 and 18:00 with our qualified instructors. You can sit on the poolside whilst watching your children increase their confidence and swimming technique in a safe environment from just £12.50 per half hour slot. Heat Rooms

After a hectic day, there is no better place to let your worries wither away. With a Swedish Sauna, Tropicarium, Aroma Room and a Stream Room, the Crown Spa heat rooms will leave you reinvigorated and your skin thoroughly cleansed.


Relaxation Suite

Our relaxation suite is a serene area with calm spa music for you to unwind on loungers whilst rehydrating and reading a paper. You can also dip your feet into the foot spas and let the bubbles stimulate your senses.
