Having trained in my native North Wales, I spent my early working years as Assistant Catering Officer at the Bangor Normal College of Education - a Welsh Teachers Training college where I was soon promoted to Catering Officer. The College catered for over 1,000 students and was also a fully functional Conference, Weddings & Events Centre.
I joined the Crown Spa Hotel in 2000 wanting to return to my much loved profession after bringing up my two children. I have been with the company ever since. I have seen vast improvements made at the hotel over the years and am proud to be a member of this excellent team, who through their varied talents have been able to work steadily together, combining their skills, enabling the Crown Spa Hotel to reach the standard that it is today.
