Graham Sisson - Food & Beverage Manager
Hi, my name is Graham Sisson and I\'m the Food and Beverage Manager here at the Crown Spa Hotel. I was born in Newquay, Cornwall and moved to Scarborough in 1990; later attending Yorkshire Coast College. I completed a GNVQ in Hospitality Management and a HND in Hospitality and Catering Management. After College I travelled around Australia and New Zealand for a year where I worked at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and worked in a restaurant called Barzura in a Sydney suburb called Coogee. While I was studying I started work at the Crown Hotel in 1996 as a commis chef later becoming a supervisor in the restaurant. When returning from my travels in 2001 I came back to work at The Crown Hotel as Supervisor on the Bars and continued to work my way up to the position I hold now - Food and Beverage Manager. In my spare time I am a supporter of Middlesbrough Football Club and go to the matches as often as I can. I enjoy live music and am also a member of the Crown Spa Hotel 6 a side football team.
