Our fitness suites are split into three rooms; an aerobic room with over 25 cardiovascular stations and Vibrogym area, an upper body weights room with resistance and cable machines as well as a free weights section and also a lower body weights room with resistance machines and floor work / stretch area.
Whatever your fitness goals are, we are here to help you achieve them. We have over 10 years' experience in the area and we are proud that our members are exceeding their goals whilst having fun in our friendly, sociable club.
Your Fitness Program
Our tailor made programs are included as part of your membership so you can be assured we really are going to focus on the areas you want us to. You will initially receive a 45 minute gym session with a qualified trainer to build up your confidence on our equipment and at the end of the session you will have a program card to follow. We recommend you book in for a free 30 minute review every 6 weeks.
