Terms and Conditions
- An induction is recommended but optional for SUFS Trial membership holders prior to use of the gym equipment.
- Only one SUFS Trial membership per person will be issued.
- The club reserve the right to refuse a one month trial membership to anyone at their discretion.
- All SUFS Membership trial recipients must abide by the club rules, terms and conditions.
- The club reserve the right to terminate the SUFS Membership trial from anyone who is found to be breaking any of the club rules or not treating the club, members or staff with the utmost respect.
- Classes are available to trial members but can only be booked on the day of the class, pre booking is a privilege reserved for members.
- TOWELS are NOT provided as part of the trial but can be upgraded to include for £5. Child swims are permitted during children swim times and are charged at
£3 per swim. Maximum of 2 children per adult . - The SUFS Membership trial will accumulate with a non-obligation price presentation of the clubs membership options.
- The offer of the SUFS Membership trial is valid from 01/06/17 until 31/08/17.
- SUFS Membership trial holders can NOT bring guests to use the club, this a privilege reserved for full members.
- The membership allows usage of the club facilities for one month from the start date. I have read and understood the Health Commitment Statement (HCS)
- One per person.
- Membership will need to be completed at health club reception Name, address, photo, contact details, emergency contact details and Health Commitment Statement will need to be collected before entry to the club and membership is activated.
